Winterent Delivery Service

DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Service is sold separately, and one service covers your whole order.

A Delivery Service costs 39 € and is available within a 20 km radius from our stores. For longer pickups, please contact us.

For the service, we need your accommodation name and address. Accommodation can be any type of accommodation such as a hotel, cabin or an AirBnB.

 

We will deliver the clothes to the reception. If your accommodation has no reception, we also need your host's name and their phone number.

 

Please return the clothes by the end of your rental time to the reception again, and our staff will pick the clothes bags up from there.

Need a different size? Free exchanges at our store.

Please understand that during the Christmas holidays we are very busy and sometimes fully booked.
