  1. Introduction
    By using our Winter Clothing Rental Service, you agree to these terms.
     

  2. Rental Process

    1. Eligibility: The person booking must be 18+ and provide accurate details.

    2. Collection & Return: Collect items at the reserved time and return them before the rental ends.

    3. Full Set Only: Rentals include a jacket, trousers, boots, and mittens; items are not rented separately.

    4. Delivery & Pickup are sold separately: Fees apply per trip for delivery or pickup. One delivery or pickup service will always cover the whole order.
       

  3. Rental Terms

    1. Rental Period: Rentals are for 24-hour periods. Late returns incur a 13 € / day fee per set. Leaving items at accommodations incurs a 49 € pickup fee, plus 13 € / day for overdue sets.

    2. Condition of Clothing: Return items in the same condition. Damage or dirt results in fees:

      • Repair: 50 € / item

      • Washing: 15 € / set

      • Replacement: Jacket 140 €, Trousers 90 €, Boots 80 €, Mittens 30 €, Bag 5 €

    3. Cleaning: Do not wash items; we handle cleaning.

    4. Lost / Stolen Items: Full replacement costs apply.
       

  4. Charges & Payments

    1. Rental Charges: Prices are clearly stated on our platform.

    2. Payment Methods: Payments are accepted as indicated, including credit/debit cards.
       

  5. Cancellations & Refunds

    1. Refunds: Full refunds are provided if we fail to deliver or for significant quality issues.

    2. Cancellation/Changes: Modify or cancel bookings up to 48 hours before collection; otherwise, the full amount is charged.
       

  6. Liability & Disclaimers

    1. Liability: We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses during use.

    2. Disclaimers: No guarantees on fitness or suitability for specific purposes.

  8. Changes to Terms: We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.​

Purposes of Processing: 

Processing of personal data is required to ensure the accurate handling of transactions, delivery of rented items, and the timely provision of services.

Legal Basis for Processing (and Legitimate Interest):  
Personal data is gathered when an individual makes an order for themselves or on behalf of a group. When customers place orders or make reservations through our sales channels, they accept that we will process their customer-related personal data to facilitate service delivery upon arrival at our distributors or delivery to their accommodations as well as the collection and receiving of the items. The legitimate interest in processing customer data is to enable the company to operate effectively and provide the requested services.
 

Categories of Personal Data Processed:  

To identify and service customers, we process the following personal data:

- Identifiers: Name and email address (used as customer identifiers), phone number  
- Order-specific information: Weight, height (for clothing fit), purchase and return history  
- Delivery details: Delivery/pick-up address for accommodation or store location for pick-up  

Recipients of the Personal Data:  
To fulfill orders, necessary personal data may be shared with distributors who prepare and provide the ordered items. We take precautions to limit third-party access to data, ensuring only essential information is shared for order fulfillment purposes (including names, addresses and sizes, as well as phone number in case if the customer needs to be contacted before, during or after the order).
 

International Data Transfers:  

Personal data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA.
 

Data Retention Period:  

Data may be retained in system logs for purposes related to deposit handling, damage compensation, accounting and billing, inventory management, and product life cycle tracking, for as long as deemed necessary.
 

Rights of Access, Rectification, Erasure, Restriction, Objection, and Data Portability: 

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679, “GDPR”), you have the right to:
 

- Access your personal data and obtain a copy, provided this does not affect the rights and freedoms of others. (GDPR Article 15)

- Request the erasure of personal data under certain conditions, such as when data is no longer necessary, consent is withdrawn, or processing is unlawful. (GDPR Article 17)

Children and Families Policy:  

We do not require more personal information from children than necessary, and their information is only used to provide and improve services. We take steps to protect children’s data from unauthorized access, disclosure, and misuse.
