Delivery

We deliver your clothes directly to your accommodation reception.

To arrange delivery, we need:
• Accommodation name
• Address

If your accommodation has no reception:
• Host’s name
• Host’s phone number

Pickup

At the end of your rental:
• Leave the clothes at your accommodation reception
• Our staff will collect them from there

If there is no reception, we will coordinate pickup with you or your host.
