The Story Behind the Shirt

The idea for the Salla T-Shirt was born on a hike through the fells of Salla. Winterent founder Joonas was exploring the northern wilderness with his brother Konsta and VAI-KO founder Maria. Riding on top of Konsta’s backpack was Yoda, a small dog with the best seat — and the best view — in the group.

Surrounded by open fells and the stillness of Lapland, the scenery felt too special to remain only a memory. It deserved a place beyond the trail.

That moment became VAI-KO’s Salla T-Shirt — a tribute to good company, unforgettable landscapes and adventures worth carrying with you.
